VIMAYA offers both Natural Diamonds and Lab-Grown Diamonds, clearly specified on each product page.
Natural diamonds are formed over billions of years beneath the earth’s surface.
Lab-grown diamonds are created using advanced technology that replicates the same chemical and optical properties.
Both are real diamonds. The choice is yours.
2. Are your diamonds certified?
Select pieces above a certain carat weight are accompanied by internationally recognized certification (such as GIA or IGI, where applicable).
In Case you want, we also deal with SGL certification too.
All VIMAYA jewellery comes with an in-house authenticity certificate.
3. What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted in:
- 9K, 14K, 18K Hallmarked Gold
- 22K in case we want plain Gold
- Natural Diamonds and Lab grown Diamonds
Every piece is BIS hallmarked.
4. Do you offer customization?
Yes. We offer bespoke customization services for engagement rings, bridal jewellery, and special commissions.

Ready-to-ship pieces: 5–7 working days
Made-to-order pieces: 10-12 working days
Delivery timelines may vary during festive or high-demand periods.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the precious nature of our pieces, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions within 7 days of delivery.
Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.
